Damn. "Stupid" is too generous a word for the rock-thrower.

At first I thought they were only going to show the first guy getting knocked out, which really wouldn't have been stupidity per se -- just a freak accident. But ignoring the guy lying there and making the same mistake twice really takes the cake.

Also, they were both stupid for not wearing masks or disguises. There are surveillance cameras everywhere these days.

BTW: I wish there were more "America's dumbest cops" videos and stories out there instead of just "dumbest criminals" stuff.
