No. I even think of you as Bip, and that's mostly from just reading/lurking at the various forums over the last few months.

Why Aurora, anyway? Does it have any special meaning, or is it just a random choice?

Aurora = Northern Lights. I find them fascinating.

At least a few times a year we get some heavy displays - whenever I've been way up north they're absolutely amazing.

Nope, but I feel like I know you and many of the others (cue suspenseful, creepy music).

Just been reading this 'circle of forums' on and off for the last few months. I found my way here from the link in Jay's sig at MSF, which I was lurking on at the time he set up MMB. Also used to read Speakeasy and The Phora occasionally.

I never really bothered to sign up anywhere before now because part of what I do during the day involves a sort of glorified technical writing, mostly involving financial compliance documents, SEC stuff (10-K, 10-Q), etc. At the end of the day, I don't have much to "say" on the keyboard. :)
