I remember reading somewhere that cranio-facially, the ancient Egyptians were closer to Europeans than to any other ethnic group. Genetically, they are most related to other North African Berbers, Eastern Mediterranean peoples (the Levant) and finally, the peoples of southern Europe, especially the Sardinians.

That's pure bullshit. Only a small percentage of the Egyptian population has some degree of negro blood, and these largely reside near the border between Upper Egypt and modern Sudan. With few exceptions, most modern Egyptians are Mediterranean Caucasoids and some even have northern Europoid features:

I think A lot of people are interested in ancient civilizations their cultures and origins ..not just the Egyptians also the Sumerians Berbers and Essenes etc..The history of these past civilzations will always be of value and should never be forgotten.

Egyptians and Arabs have some DNA from their black slaves. The Arabs and Egyptians who fucked their black slave women often would treat the children like Americans did with their mulattos (ie. keep them segregated or in the lower castes). Some Arabs would even kill their own mulatto babies in the wombs. I agree that Egyptology is pretty useless, but it's also quite entertaining. Humans tend to have a morbid fascination with death, and the Egyptians left a huge amount of preserved corpses and funeral artifacts behind to go along with the stories. Few ancient civilizations left that much shit behind for us to snoop around in.
