I don't recall reading anything from the Boas crowd stating Jews were superior. It would actually contradict their premise about cultural relativism.

First they get you to buy into cultural relativism, and then they count on your cultural relativism to ensure that you don't notice that they aren't actually adhering to their own supposed ideology.

I mean, listen to what you are saying. The Boasian anthropologists might have been hypocrites and not really followed or believed their own ideology? Really? Unthinkable! Next thing you know, someone might be suggesting other unthinkable accusations, like maybe Marxists didn't follow their own ideology and actually didn't do away with inequality, or that Randian Objectivists are hypocrites who don't really believe in individualism when it comes to Jews/Israel, etc. Do tell!

What I'm saying is I never read anyone from the Boas crowd making claims of Jewish superiority. Until I see evidence I refuse to assume it exists simply because someone tells me it does. I want actual quotes and sources for these quotes. I also point out such a belief would be inconsistent with their belief system, just to point out the obvious, but that doesn't mean a tactic called "bait and switch" is occurring until evidence can be produced.

What is the Objectivist stance on Israel, and Jews? Are you speaking of the Peikoff crowd, or Kelley crowd?
