The Energy Department today announced the publication of the draft Federal Renewable Energy Guide: Developing Large-Scale Renewable Energy Projects at Federal Facilities Using Private Capital. This Guide provides a project development framework to help federal agencies, private developers, and financiers coordinate on large-scale renewable energy projects that will help achieve federal renewable energy goals....at FEDERAL facilities.

1) We don't care how much it costs;
2) We don't care if it works;
3) The contracts will be "design and build" (meaning the contractor decides what to build himself); and
4) No one in the pubic will ever know.

Does Obama realize that states giving ID to illegal aliens means these identifications are invalid per federal Real ID laws, thus any state-issued ID from these states is - by law - not a valid form of identification to access federal facilities or even airports?
