When a victim of trafficking receives a Certification or Eligibility Letter from O.R.R., he or she is eligible for federal and state benefits and services as a refugee that must include cash assistance and housing, when needed, social adjustment services, health and medical services, employment training/re-certification, and support services.”

This is probably true.

The tragedy of it is that obama is throwing this money away thinking he is going to get his 'green' industries going exporting things for the construction of these cities when china already has shown that it is going to destroy any attempts at competition in the solar panel industry, for example.

But these people are dogmatic marxist leninists, as stupid and pigheaded as the old bolsheviks who destroyed Russia and in turn were destroyed by stalin and never saw it coming.

Oh not to forget the point of my post was that american cities are arguably more worthy of these projects than some shithole in utter pradesh or sinkiang. New Orleans is only one example, there are scores more that come to mind. It is curious that Barry Sotero hasn't ridden to the rescue of detroit, perhaps even he realizes it is too far gone and yes those pesky white folk are the only hope left for it-well, don't forget that Mayor Bloomberg wants to colonize it with third world implants as if we need more of them.
